Those of you woman who use Nuvaring as a form of birth control?

I need to use a different form of birthcontrol other than the pill, and was looking at some options.


What do you like about Nuvaring?


What do you dislike?


Does it fall out easily?


What about during sex?


Can you or your partner feel it?

im not on it anymore...but i was for about 2 years.





-I LOVE ALMOST EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. it was so simple!!!!! once a month...and you could forget all about it.





-disliked that a few days a month id have a really strong odor. and for the most part it was super easy to put it...and it would slide down after i put a new one in...but id just have to go back...and readjust it, til its in the right place...and you'll know when its in the right place simply because you wont feel it working its way down. i had some minor weight gain too...the reason i stopped nuva was because of mood swings. but if i hadnt had that problem with it...id still be on it today!





-never had it fall out. just sometimes i wouldnt get it in, in the right spot...so id have to play around with it.





-no problems doing sex....my partner never felt it. he did with foreplay of course...but it wasnt that big of a deal, no one had a problem with it.





i loved it! and i wish it didnt give me such bad mood swings...ive known plenty of people who use it...and have NO problems with it at all. its great! so easy!
