I was taking Yazmin 28 but now my copay with my insurance was raised to $40. Is there a generic form of birth control pills out there?Are there any birth control pills that come in a generic form?

yes!! almost all of my pills were generic.... until i went on to the Nuva Ring... so yeah just ask your Dr. or pharmacist..
Yes most of the ones that have been out for a while do have a generic form. But there are some clinics that have them cheaper. Unfortunately if you are taking Yaz is is a newer one and probably does not have a generic brand. If your Dr thinks that you should be on this brand for some reason then you need to talk to him or her to find out if a generic brand of another pill is right for you.
