Would a tiny electric unicorn be a good form of birth control?

If inserted into the vagina properly, it could do some serious devastation to anything that were to intrude, including the penis of a potential suitor, rendering him not so potential anymore ! :OWould a tiny electric unicorn be a good form of birth control?
I think a tiny but aggressive little hockey goalie, inserted into the right place, would be far more effective.Would a tiny electric unicorn be a good form of birth control?
