I am on the depo shot but I spot all the time. I like the shot because its care free birth control. I want to know if theres an alternative shot. I have tried pills (cant remember to take), the patch (leaves a ugly patch mark).I stheir another form of the depo provera birth control shot?
Don't think there is, have you heard of the nuva ring?
Its care free as well. Keep in mind that all birth control has a side effect, you may still have the spotting on on other forms of birth control.
