Does anyone know of a natural form of birth control?

I'm looking for a natural form of birth control, like some food that you eat and it lowers your furtility, or something else, that's just an example. Please let me know if you know of anything. ThanksDoes anyone know of a natural form of birth control?
Fertility Awareness Methods (FAM), or Natural Family Planning (NFP), is a possibility. it involves combined use of calendar, temperature, cervical mucus, and other observations to determine when you're fertile. take a look at www.ccli.org and also Google the Billings method.Does anyone know of a natural form of birth control?
Just dont have sex...problem solved
one word, anal.
golf
Abstinence
Using a condom is better solution...Y worry about that??
ya, abstinence.
I don't think there are any foods that lower your fertility. People are suggesting abstinence, which I know isn't the answer you are looking for, because obviously you want to have sex. Try this site www.pregnancy.org/pregnancycalendar.com

This may help you find the days that you are most fertile.

You can also you the ';pull out method'; or track your ovulation cycle, but that takes a lot of dedication. You can also try periodic abstinence once you know when it is most likely that you will pregnant. *
There are none, other than blowjobs.

Another alternative, anal.
The only safe sex is no sex.

Condoms and birth control pills are not 100% safe so there is no way a ';natural form of birth control, like some food'; would be either.

If you don't want to take the pill, which is fair enough, try condoms and spermicide. Also, condoms are a good idea as they help protect againest S.T.Is

You could see your Family Planning Clinic or a similar organisation. I am not sure about this, but I think that some churches (such as some local Catholic parishes) have advice on such issues.

The bottom line is, sex can result in pregancy no matter what you use and if you're not prepared to face that issue, you're not prepared to have sex.
abstinence
Abstinence

Supposedly if the male sits in hot water say a hot tub for a period of time before a sexual encounter it lowers his sperm count
pull out....
Yes, abstinence is a natural form of birth control. I guess if you are a MacGuyver type of person, you could make a condom out of some leaves and stuff.
Put your nana on lockdown. No entrance=no baby.
Sure and so do you,, there is one sure proven method.. it's called.........DON';T HAVE SEX.. other then that and short of altering your organs / tubes.. NOPE, no other proven method that is 100%.
Sorry to say, but abstinence would be the most ';natural'; form of bc.
No, fortunately not - you wouldn't want to be eating food that will muck around with your hormonal levels and creating more problems than it should. I suggest you think of 1. abstaining 2. pharmaceutical options - combined oral contraceptive pills/patches/vaginal rings 3. barrier methods.
Well, there's no food out there that is going to create a barrier against pregnancy. There is FAM-fertility awareness method, which is fairly involved and requires keeping a strict record of your menstrual flow, basal temps, cervical fluid, etc. so you can predict your most fertile time of the month. I wouldn't suggest this if you aren't serious about keeping a detailed chart of your cycle. If you are - there is a fantastic book- Taking Charge Of Your Fertility- which will guide you through the process. Other than that, there are some condoms (a bit more expensive) that are latex-free if you are sensitive or allergic. Good luck- and bear in mind that putting the effort in to prevent pregnancy is a lot easier than dealing with an unplanned pregnancy!
when i told my doctor that i didn't want to be on birth control she told me to start taking a multi-vitiamin. no joke.
The only natural form of birth control is abstinence. And even that didn't work for Mary, mother of Jesus.
There are a few time based methods. These really require an amazing understanding of your own body and cycle as well as a huge level of trust for your partner. Time based methos include the pull-out method and only having sex during points in your cycle when becoming pregnant is highly unlikely (but never impossible). these methods are significantly less effective than oral contraceptives and/or condoms and are not recomended for teens or those in casual relationships. check out www.plannedparenthood.org for more info on these and other methods.
