I want to have some form of control of the subconcious level of my brain?

i was told the concious body can effect the subconcious, and vice-versa.I want to have some form of control of the subconcious level of my brain?
You might be able to develop discipline but not control. Trying to control the unconscious will just squeeze too tightly and result in a fractured self. Start by just trying to cultivate basic awareness of your thoughts, emotions and sensations without judgment. From there, you can begin to create some space between the emergence of those emotions, thoughts and sensations and your responses to them. Once you have that space, you can begin to exercise freedom and discipline on whether to act on them or not. This is different from trying to control them.I want to have some form of control of the subconcious level of my brain?
The subconscious mind operates much like a computer,it functions according to content that is downloaded into it.In the case of the mind, the downloaded content consists of thoughts that are repeated. The subconscious mind regards repeated thoughts as commands to carry out even though we may be consciously thinking them to avoid problems. An example are thoughts by accident-prone people or those who think the best way to improve themselves is through self-criticism.So for instance,an accident-prone person will keep thinking of past accidents hoping that will prevent future ones. The subconscious mind accepts those thoughts as commands to create similar accidents.BOTTOM LINE:It's essential to eliminate negative and self-critical thoughts from our mind.
Techniquely, information in the subconscious level of the brain can never be known or obtained. Its not knowable.

Information in the preconscious level is knowable, but it takes a great deal of effort.

Good luck with that.
