abstinance: 100% effctiveWhat is a better form of birth control?
honestly...i wouldnt go with either.

i have had both and they caused me problems.

the patch never stayed on the whole week it was supposed to and the pill i got pregnant on. even using condoms i still got pregnant.

oh...and with the shot...i just got it on june 30th and i have been bleeding nonstop since july 23rd. dont go there.

after my baby i got on mirena its an iud. it is as effective as a male vasectomy. we never used condoms after that. and i never got pregnant.

you can keep it in for up to 5 years. its simple, quick and painless. i did end up having to get it removed though.
If you think you may have problems remembering to take the pill, or taking it at the same time every day--try the patch, a vaginal ring or a contraceptive shot. You can always switch it up if you experience negative side effects.
Use a condom on top of any one of those choices. That's probably more effective than any one choice.
Take the shots...
