Is there such thing as an all natural form of birth control?

Im deadly afraid of birth control, and I know that the morning after pill is only for emergencies. But I don't trust the FDA and what they authorize as ';safe'; please let me know if there is another way for birth control besides the condom..Is there such thing as an all natural form of birth control?
There's the diaphragm - but that also requires spermicidal gel; there's female condoms - essentially a loose baggie (sounds even less fun than a condom).

The IUD is supposed to work by irritating the lining of the uterus to prevent implantation, but that sounds even less healthy than pills.

There's pulling out and rythm, also know as ';Vatican Roulette';. these methods are effective only until they fail... which depends on how reliable and regular your period is.

Basically the only really effective methods of not getting pregnant are abstinence, hysterectomy, menopause, vasectomy, and already being pregnant. Is there such thing as an all natural form of birth control?
A copper IUD is wonderful! It has no hormones. No side effects. And you are just as fertile the day you take it out as the day you put it in. Good luck!
Get the book ';Taking Charge of your Fertility'; and take a class on the Fertility Awareness Method.
