What is the best form of birth control?

other than abstinence, haha. i am going to have my second baby in 14 weeks and i NEED to plan what i want to use for birth control. i know everything has its pros and cons, but the pill did not work for me (i got pregnant both times on ortho tri cyclen), what do you guys think is the best form of BC

?What is the best form of birth control?
If you want something permanent you can either get your tubes tied or you can get essure, but this is a permanent solution that can't be reversed. If you want something long term but not permanent, you can try the IUD. There is mirena, that lasts 5 years, and paragard, that lasts 10 years. Then there is the arm implant- implanon that lasts 5 years. After that there is the shot that you get every three months, or the ring and patch that are replaced every week for three weeks and then a one week break when you get your period. The thing to remember is that with the exception of the first two, none of the other options are 100% effective so if you want to be extra safe you can use a diaphragm or a condom at the same time. What is the best form of birth control?
there is no best type of birth control, because then everyone would be using them and there would be no competition and no market for other types and/or brands of birth control. if used properly, condoms are around 98% affective, and if used properly, the pill is between 92-98% affective.

However, i don't think complete strangers on the internet answering questions from people they don't know and will never meet can be trusted to save you from an unwanted pregnancy. consult your doctor. good luck!
If I were a woman I would very seriously consider an IUD. I know a lot people object to them for religious reasons. I'm not a big time abortion-on-demand type, but the whole ';killing a zygote is murder'; is an extreme viewpoint that cannot be clearly proven from the Bible, and medical evidence suggests that the woman's body often rejects the zygote as part of her physical nature anyway.

Try the website below, it shows you the pro-premarital sex stuff in the Bible that your church will never tell you about.
Not the pill... too easy to forget, yak up or take late.

heard nuva ring has fewer side effects./

But the double dutch system of hormone contrception plus condoms and having a staff of morning after pills at home just in case plus proper education so you know that any sperm comming into contact with your vagina including precum, through panties, drips, on fingers etc.

Plus all the things that stop condoms working ie putting them on thwe wrong way then flipping over or anything oil based and all the medicines that stop the hromone working like antibiotics and st johns wort

Thats what should be best.

Education, multiple back ups, using things properly and minimising human error
My Friend got put on the depo shot after her first son and hasn't had any trouble other than usual birth control site effects, such as abnormal periods, or look into that new thing (cant remember what its called) they place it inside of you but it doesnt effect you if you want to take it out and try for another baby idk good luck
the implant is 99% effective and lasts for 3 years. and things like stomach upsets it will still work unlike the pill. im just waiting for mine to be put in. my Friend has on in and she says it i fantastic. there are no pills to remember to take and once it is in you can forget about it
I got a mirena and you know what..... plenty of sex... no extra child lol. I got preg on the pill with my son so i know how that feels.

I went for that option cause it doesnt go thru ur blood stream so you have less side effects like weight gain and cancerous cells and stuff.

Im now into my second year and i have had no problems
