Does any one actually use spermicide as their only form of birth control?

How effective is it supposed to be? Does it put you at risk fo developing more infections (like yeast, vaginitis, etc.) ?Does any one actually use spermicide as their only form of birth control?
yeah some girls do... but i used to use a condom and a spermicide but it gave me an infection because i used to much so be careful when using it . and your more likely to get pregnant from using only spermicide... use a condom and spermicide.. be careful and good luckDoes any one actually use spermicide as their only form of birth control?
I used to put it on my condoms but never used it alone. Spermicide can have a side effect of urinary tract infections, yeast infection, and bacterial vaginosis.
Worked for me and my ex - we only had four kids!
