I started my birth control pack a day late. Do I need to use another form of birth control?

I have a sunday start but started on a monday. However, I made up the sunday pill and took two pills on monday, one at my normal time and one 6 hours later.

Use condoms to be safe.





Even though you've got birth control you should still use a condom if you or your partner has had other partners. You could get an STD.

I would just to be sure. Surely your leaflet in your pack will tell you how long for? Mine says after a missed pill, use extra protection for 7 days. But yours might be different, try checking your leaflet. If you don't have a leaflet for you pill, you can probably get electronic versions on the internet, all you've gotta do is google it:) It should tell you for certain, but it's better to be safe than sorry. :)
