What is the most EFFECTIVE form of birth control?

I have a 7 week old son and it's time to start birth control! and I was just wondering what is the most error proof???

(I got pregnant with him on the pill)

I want something that will be the most effective. We want to wait at least 2 yrs. before having another. What is the most EFFECTIVE form of birth control?
Not having sex. What is the most EFFECTIVE form of birth control?
Nothing AT ALL is 100% effective except abstinence. The reason why is that any little mistake made by the person such as not using it correctly or taking some other medication can compromises the effectiveness.
after i had my son i wanted to wait a few years also, so i found an I.U.D it's a small T-shaped thing they put in you and it's 99.9% effective, you don't have to worry about condoms or taking pills it's already in there working 24-7! i thought it was great and when your ready for another baby get it out and you can concieve the very next day if you'd like! it doesn't hurt getting put in or taking out!
if you dont want another baby. then get on the pill . please do not do the depo as in my case i took the first one an hadnt had a period in a year an a half. you either bleed to much or not at all an thats a problem.
The Depo Provera shot, if you're not good at taking pills.
A combination of the pill, sex outside of the ovulation period, and condoms (or pulling out)
strangely enough, the birth control pill is most effective. 99.96% of the time. I guess you just happened to be that .04%. Anyway, it's the pill. If you want to be over precautious use a condom as well. Or you could use the pull out 'method'. =p
Oral contraceptives, condom, and female condom. I would say that is pretty much foolproof.
Abstinence is the only 100% effective. Other than that? Maybe pill and condom combo. Or Depo shots. Not sure on the effectiveness of it.
NO SEX!
my doctor just put me on yaz.. he says that is one of the best ones out there
