As far as i know its the implanon but nothing is 100% and a combination of protection is always better eg- Pill %26amp; Condom.

well i now allot of doctors and they say that a water bath is better than anything they say its not as saw and its easy for the child and mother.
Well the only thing that is 100% would be no sex at all.
um maybe the shot but i think none really and just use condoms.
