Enter text over multiple lines within the text of a checkbox form control in Excel?

I need to enter a large amount of text next to a checkbox and am therefore trying to wrap the text within a checkbox form control in excel. I realise this can be done with an ActiveX control but I would rather not use these as I am using a large amount of checkboxes and want to link them to cells within the worksheet easily.

I think the answer is that this is impossible? Hope not!Enter text over multiple lines within the text of a checkbox form control in Excel?
I have Excel 2007, so I don't know if you have the same version or not, but on 2007 you can.

You just need to make sure Wordwrap is set to True in the Properties of the checkbox.

Even if it wasn't possible in the checkbox form (in whatever version you have) then you should be able to create a label and place it next to the checkbox.

Hope this helps!
