How safe is this form of birth control?

I can not use hormonal birth control. I've only had one sex partner and I'm 19 years old. I was wondaring how safe it was to use spermcide (VCF) and withdrawl.How safe is this form of birth control?
Paragard is an IUD that uses copper instead of hormones for birth control.How safe is this form of birth control?
Not very safe... there is always the chance of precum and him not being able to pull out in time. Spermicide is only something like 60% effective anyways

Use condoms you have a better chance of not getting a pregnant if you use condoms AND have him pull out.
Your best bet is to use a condom. Protect yourself from disease and pregnancy.
