What form of birth control would you recommend?

I am in a long distance relationship with my boyfriend. We see each other once every 2-3 months. What form of birth control would you recommend besides condoms?What form of birth control would you recommend?
If you two are exclusive, you could try the ring. You insert it once a month and just leave it there for 3 weeks. If you insert it on the first day of your period, you're protected right away, so you could just use one during the months you see him, if you can plan ahead like that. And like the pill, you can use it to control your periods, so you can be sure you won't have Aunt Flo and your bf around at the same time.





It's easier than the pill, because you don't have to remember to do anything, and the hormone dosage is lower. I've had lots fewer side effects than I did when I was on the pill.What form of birth control would you recommend?
If he is your exclusive partner, the pill. If you think he might be having sex with other women, stick with condoms.
It all depends on the person. The pill is 99% eeffective if you use it correctly but there are other lesser efficient things like the sponge or diaphragm or even spermicide. If you use a spermicide with one of the other 2 methods it makes it even more effective.
