The mini pill works well and if you prefer non hormonal then go for condoms. Right after birth, the mini pill may be best. Mirena is supposed to be an awesome one and it is what I plan on getting after I deliver my child.What would be the best form of birth control?
Condoms.
Abstinence is always the best for birth control. Second,use condoms. You don't want to take anything orally that could get to the baby. There are longer term b.cs that are IUDs put in by the Doc. as well.
Non -hormonal IUD is an option
Condoms or an IUD, there is also the mini pill.
I would have to say an IUD or condoms...
